Welcome to the Crux Cup Team Endurance Championships. The gold standard in Star Citizen community esports and team based ship racing. The Crux Cup racing series has been running annually for 11 years to find and award pilots among us who prove themselves as the fastest in the empire.

EchoBit
Presiding Officer, ANZIA Racing Committee

The ProGP tournament is for professional racers and is mutually exclusive with OpenGP. It is limited to dedicated racing ship chassis only and has 3 highly competitive racing class speed tiers to choose from. Expect to see ships such as the Mirai Razor and Origin M50 battling it out in the hands of the most skilled pilots in the game.

// ACRUX Racing Class

ACRUX is the fastest speed tier in the ProGP.

// Ships

Ships displayed in this section can be flown in this racing class.

// Teams

2 players make a race team, team members fly together in every race, and each team member is locked into a unique chassis for a grand prix, but you can swap chassis between grand prix if desired.

A 3rd player may sign onto the team as a reserve pilot.

// Format

This year we are going truly interstellar by racing in both the Ellis and Stanton systems!

Each of the system grand prix will feature 3 of the best race tracks of the system.

There is 1 heat per track (3 heats total), and 3 rounds per heat planned and then the top 3 teams will compete in a final with 3 rounds. You will be awarded points for placing well in each round of the tournament.

Team member results will be combined in each grand prix and contribute towards an overall Crux Cup TEC leaderboard.

The team with the most points across all Grand Prix will be crowned the best racing team in Star Citizen for their racing class.

The OpenGP tournament is for amateur racers and is mutually exclusive with ProGP. It has 3 racing classes to choose from each with different racing styles. The Open racing class allows all other ships that are not in a dedicated racing class, which means you can race your favourite ship. The Aurora class is for the RSI Aurora chassis only and is competitive in its own right where everyone is racing at the same speed. The Heavy racing class is for cargo, mining, salvage or logistic pilots to find out who is the fastest industrial ship racer.

// OPEN Racing Class

OPEN is the fastest speed tier in the OpenGP.

// Ships

Ships displayed in this section are recommendations to you, but in this race class you can fly any ship not in any dedicated racing class.

// Teams
